What Should I do?
In the event that you should have to make a claim against us. Please use one of the forms below.
Simply click on the form that best describes your grievance and print it off. Fill out completely and either post to us or scan and email to us.
Please note that partially completed forms cannot be accepted, help us to help you.
We aim to acknowledge all claims within 24 hrs of receiving this form and will then contact you to advise on what to return to us (if applicable) and when.
Caution
We would like to think that all our clients are honest. In a very small number of previous cases, however, it is clear that some are not. The following paragraph will not affect the vast majority of our clients. To those that it does...think twice!
Please note that these forms contain a legal declaration that may be used as evidence in the event that we have to claim against our carrier. To make a false declaration is a criminal offence that will be followed up by ourselves, any other affected parties and Surrey Police.
